Whatever we do, we are getting better at it

We want freedom. We want joy.
We want connection.
We want clarity. We want a light heart. We want openness.
We want to be interested in life. We wanna be vital.

We don’t wanna be judging, and frustrated, and angry, and critical, and blaming, and comparing and competitive.

So we have to practice what we wanna be. If we practice being critical, how can we be free? We want to do our practice the way we’re wanting to be. Kind. Patient. Interested. Accepting. Realistic.

For me, if I can tune into the attitude that’s in my body, to whether I’m tilted forward, or I’m like “Oh, no!”, fighting against something, if there’s struggling going on, I’m not mimicing freedom. I’m mimicing more frustration. Whatever we do, we are getting better at it. Everything we do, every moment of any attitude, we are cultivating that, we’re practicing. Everything we do is practice. So what are you practicing?
